Sometimes the story just about speaks for itself. This is one of those stories. Watch the video (3 ½ minutes) and you’ll see what I mean.
The only thing I want to add is that this story hits on multiple levels. It isn't simply a story about a school and team that extended love and kindness to a peer with special needs, as wonderful as that is. The quote at the end of the video, when the boy shares about how this experience has changed his view of the world, is a powerful demonstration of how sports can be used as a tool to transform lives, families, communities, and eventually the entire planet.
